Refund Policy
Unused portions of Service Contracts are not refundable. Fuel deliveries are not refundable. Budget Plans for balanced billing are available to full-service heating oil services customers. Each year, starting in July, State Utilities adjusts your account so you will pay a set amount each month for 10 months. This amount is determined by your last year's usage and the projected oil prices. At the end of May, we calculate any difference between amounts paid and the actual usage, and bill or refund your account accordingly.
